Some lessons in the classroom can leave some students feeling worried, feeling the pressure, and so overwhelmed they are unable to start or have successes in their  classroom learning. I made this resource for my husband Kyle to use inside his classroom with a particular student.  Set a small goal that is achievable and structured with the First You/We Do Then You Do. This useful digital download helps create structure and break down tasks into smaller, more achievable goals. Write the goal on the laminated sheet and let the student know what work is required before they can colour in, use computers, iPads or take a break outside. 

Kyle's had some massive wins with it, the student is now achieving the goal, completing the work set out on the sheet and then being able to use the laptop for something of their choice.
