Research says, children need to be exposed to a food 10 times or more before they can feel comfortable with it.  Exposure can be fun and come with no pressure! Before they ever get to tasting it, they can see it, touch, it, smell it, and listen to what it sounds like when they play with it. They can also hear about the ingredient through a story!

The Food Exposure Stories allow the child to be exposed to the food through pictures and a story to get an idea about it's colours, how it feels, grows, where they could find it and how they could cook it. The books are a fun way to create an exposure for a child to a particular food.
