I love Aussie animals, so there is a range of them in the pack. This book is a tool that builds a child's ability to understand what a "feeling" looks like from the outside and what a feeling feels like in the inside of their body "body signals". The practice of identifying emotions also helps children develop empathy as they can read other people's feelings and emotions. 

In this activity book, the child can draw the feeling on the animal and colour it in. Such as, Frustrated Frog may have eyebrows that are down in a V shape. Then there is a prompt and writing space to note what body signals the child may be having when they have that feeling. The child may even want to draw the body signals on the animal. 

For example, using Peaceful Possum, when the child feels peaceful, they may experience muscles that are relaxed in their body.
